Founding Member and chief Instructor.

He was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on December 28, 1980.

He began his Martial Arts studies at the age of 10 in 1992 in children's fencing classes with Professor Gilberto Peña at Country Club. He here he attended for about 2 years of practice and participated in several small local events in the children's category.

In 1994 he began his studies of Shoto-Kan Karate with Sensei Robert Martinez and soon after joining the Seito Kan organization founded and directed by the teacher Guillermo A. García, Hanshi, Victor also moved to the study of Okinawan Karate with Hanshi García. . In this he begins his studies in traditional Okinawan Shorin Ryu style karate, Kobudo, in addition to studies in the Japanese arts of Aiki Jutsu, Iaido and Ken Jutsu. In this he ascending to the rank of Shodan (Black Belt) in Shorin Ryu Karate in the year 1999.

In 2012, together with Aureo Andino, he opened the Seito Kan @ MAURO school as a subsidiary school of the organization to which they belong with authorization and under the supervision of their current teachers Guillermo J. Garcia, Hanshi (Son of Guillermo A. and heir to the system ) and Francisco J. Quiñonez, Hanshi.

In 2015, together with Aureo Andino, he founded the Saber Legends group, a lazer saber sports combat group. Through that group he achieved several successful activities within the artistic and martial community. Among these, the choreography and presentation during 2 concerts by the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra dedicated to the music of John Williams, composer of the music of the Star Wars saga, stand out. Presentation in the hall of honors of the Okinawan Bujutsu Hozon Kyokai, and the coordination and execution of the lazer saber schools in the 3 Star Force Fan Fest events at the Puerto Rico convention center.

Víctor currently works as an IT supervisor in the digital banking division of Banco Popular de Puerto Rico and a martial arts teacher at Mauro Ballet for the Karate and Saber Legends groups. He holds professional certifications in Information Systems, Martial Arts, CPR, and First Aid.

His teachers include: Guillermo A. Garcia, Hanshi (Karate, Kobudo, Aiki-jutsu, Iaido, Kenjutsu), Guillermo J. Garcia, Hanshi (Karate, kobudo, ken-jutsu), Francisco J. In addition, Víctor is fond of percussion and the Puerto Rican cuatro.
